Ingredients for 6 servings

4 cups broth (I used homemade veg. stock use what you have)

1/3 cup cornmeal

1 (28 ounce) can whole canned tomatoes

1 lb ground pork

1 large yellow onion (chopped)

1 dried ancho pepper (processed at same time as above)

1 lb pork shoulder chop (Boston butt, sirloin, what ever you have on hand)

2 dried poblano peppers (softened by soaking in boiling water and process in food processor till smooth)

2 tablespoons bacon drippings (veg. oil would work)

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1 lb dried black beans (soaked over night)

2 chipotle chiles in adobo
