Made this for a friend who stopped by for dinner. Very easy to prepare so I wasn't tied to the cooker ignoring him! Very tasty, I added some parmesan at the end for a little extra flavour and added some mushrooms I had spare to make it a little more filling.

It's risotto so it's hard to go wrong. Basic, simple, yummy, not a full meal.
