Lulu glad you brought on the zabaglione recipe. There are not many restaurants or even people that know what it is. They always say they never heard of it. I love good zabaglione and this one looks like heaven. Thank you so much for sharing!

Ingredients for 8 servings

8 large egg yolks

½ cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar

¾ cup banana liqueur

1½ cups heavy cream

2 cups fresh berries Rosemary Shortbread, for serving

1½ sticks margarine, softened

1¼ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup sugar

2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
