Ingredients for 4 servings

4 slices prosciutto

2  egg whites

1 egg

3 tbsps nonfat plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp chopped black olives

1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

1.

Heat oven to 400

Coat mini muffin pan with cooking spray

3.

Press 1 piece of prosciutto into ea cup

4.

Whisk egg whites egg till smooth. Then add rest. Pour into pan evenly.

5.

Bake 10-12 min. Garnish with rosemary.
