2 ounces prosciutto

4 tomatoes , skinned,seeded and finely chopped

290 g twin pack italian pizza crust mix

1 (150 g) packet mozzarella cheese , drained and finely sliced

1 ounce freshly grated parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons green pesto sauce

1 (260 g) jar artichoke hearts or baby artichoke hearts packed in oil, halved if not already done (reserve oil)

2 tablespoons oil, from the artichoke jar
