Boneless pork chop: 5 thin-cut
Soy sauce:2 cup
Black vinegar:2 cup
Cooking wine :1/3 cup
Sweet potato flour: 5 cup
Ground white pepper

Marinate pork chops with 1/2 chopped garlic,2 cup soy source,2 cup black vinegar, 1/3 cup cooking wine and 1 cup water. Save them in the refrigerator overnight.
Dredge the chops in the sweet potato flour.Press the chops a little harder so that both sides of each chop are filled with the sweet potato flour.
Pour enough oil in a fry pan so that the pork chops have room to float. Preheat the fry pan to 375 F and deep fry the pork chops.
Fry until golden brown on both sides of each pork chop.
To make a traditional Taiwanese combination you can serve with rice,vegetable and fried eggs.
