1 tbsp crushed chili flake

1 cup salt

3 tbsp chopped sage

1 oz grated parmesan

1 oz grated cheddar

1 egg yolk

zest of half a lemon

4 eggs

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cup toasted crushed almonds

salt and pepper, to taste

1 bag micro greens
