Simple Garlic White Sauce

(if I was going to add anything further... I sometimes add some diced Kalamata Olives to the mx) Nice served with garlic bread and a nice Chianti

Ingredients for 6 servings

1 cup olive oil

4 cloves minced garlic

to taste jarred sun dried tomatoes in oil

to taste fresh flat leaf Italian parsley

to taste fresh ground black pepper

1 lb cooked pasta cook while preparing the sauce

freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

1.

add the garlic and ground pepper to the olive oil, stir and let sit on low for about 5 mins

2.

add the sun dried tomatoes and flat leaf parsley and stir

3.

continue to warm ingredients together on low heat for a short period (do not overcook)

4.

mix ingredients well with the cooked pasta

5.

serve with Parmesan cheese and additional fresh Parsley
