1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon celery seed

1 can (14 ounce) diced tomatoes with juices

1 cup tomato sauce

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, optional

3/4 pound spaghetti

1 (15-ounce) can red or white (cannellini) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
