1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup (105 g) superfine brown rice flour

1/4 cup (35 g) teff flour

1/4 cup (35 g) quinoa flour

1/4 cup (35 g) amaranth flour

1/4 cup (30 g) tapioca starch

3/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

3 oz (85 g) bittersweet chocolate, chopped (or mini chocolate chips)
