3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 roasted red pepper, cut into small strips

1 pound mixed salad greens

4 ounces button or shiitake mushrooms, sliced

1 small onion, minced

4 salmon fillets (3 ounces each), skin removed

1 teaspoon italian seasoning
