2 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1cm pieces

2 red peppers, chopped into 1cm pieces

15 ounces chickpeas, canned, drained

1 tablespoon lemon grass puree

2 to 3 tablespoons tamarind paste

juice of 1 large lime

1 teaspoon castor sugar

freshly ground black pepper


4 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped

sour cream and flat bread, to serve
