  • One 20-oz can of pineapple chunks in their juice, drained and juice reserved
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 2 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsps finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 1/4 lbs pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
