  • 1 lb rosemary focaccia, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (about 15 cups)
  • 3 1/4 cups fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup (2 ozs) crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) carton egg substitute
  • 1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 ozs prosciutto, chopped
  • 4 ozs fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips
  • 1/2 cup (2 ozs) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
