  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. dark sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 heads baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise
