1/2 lb Korean Noodles

3 tsp sesame oil

1 x medium onion, finely chopped

2 x carrots, scrubbed and cut into strips

1 clove garlic, crushed

3 x green onions, chopped

1/2 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced

1/2 oz dried mushrooms, soaked for 20 minutes and drained

2 x fresh chilies, seeded and finely chopped

1/2 lb spinach, washed and roughly chopped

2 tbsp Tamari

1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
