2 tablespoons olive oil

1 container (7 ounces) prechopped tricolor bell pepper (1 cup)

1 cup prechopped onion

1 cup prechopped celery

1 1/2 tablespoons preminced oil-packed garlic

1 tablespoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 pound smoked fully cooked kielbasa sausage, halved lengthwise, cut into 1" chunks

2 cans (14 ounces each) diced pepper-onion seasoned tomatoes

3/4 pound medium peeled, deveined shrimp
