2 lbs. beef sirloin or boneless/skinless chicken breast, cut into strips or cubes

1 tsp. plus 1/4 tsp. GRANULATED garlic powder (divided)

1-3 TB. REGULAR chili powder

1 TB. worcestershire sauce, if using beef

1 large onion, sliced into 2-inch strips

1 red bell pepper, sliced into 2-inch strips

1 orange or yellow bell pepper, sliced into 2-inch strips

1-3 jalapeƱo peppers, sliced

2 TB. olive oil

1/2-1 tsp. salt (to taste)

10-12 flour tortillas

2 6.5 oz. cans minced clams

1 tsp. lemon juice (1/8 lemon)

1 medium yellow onion, diced

1/2 green bell pepper, diced

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1 tsp. MINCED garlic

1/2 tsp. parsley

1/2 tsp. MEXICAN oregano

1/4 tsp. cayenne RED pepper

1/2 Cup bread crumbs

1/4-1/2 tsp. salt, to taste

5-6 slices white cheese (swiss or provolone)

1/4 tsp. smoked SPANISH paprika (for topping)

hot sauce to taste
