1 pound chicken tenders, cut into 3/4-inch cubes

Bragg's Liquid Aminos, to taste

2 tablespoons slivered fresh basil

1/2 large red onion, cut in half and thinly sliced

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons dried ground or grated orange peel

2 small carrots, peeled and cut into matchstick pieces

3 large shiitake mushrooms, stemmed, cut in half and thinly sliced

2 cups small broccoli florets
