3/4 cup shiitake mushroom (rehydrated or fresh, i buy the dried black ones)

6-8 medium shrimp

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

broccoli

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

5 tablespoons oil

7-8 baby bok choy

1/2 cup baby corn

All other ingredients

1/2 lb chicken breast , sliced

2 (250 g) packages fresh egg noodles
