Ingredients for 4 servings

1/2 lb. Ground Beef

1/2 lb. Sausage

1. Egg

1/8 cup. Honey

3 tbsp. Soy Sauce

1/4 cup. Brown Sugar

1 pkg. Saltine Crackers

1 tbsp. Minced Garlic

3 tbsp. Black Pepper

2 tbsp. Garlic Powder

2 tbsp. Cumin

1 tbsp. Cayenne

1 tbsp.  Paprika

1 tbsp.  Nutmeg

1/2 tbsp. Cloves

1. Onion (minced)

1. Carrot (zested)

2 cups. Fresh Parsley (chopped)

4 cups. Fresh Spinach (chopped)

1 cup. Beef/Chicken Stock

2 cups. Oil

10 Corn Tortillas

Preparation

1.

In a large bowl, combine: Beef, Sausage, Egg, Honey, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Saltines & Spices.

When fully incorporated, add mixture to skillet. Brown on Med-High for 10-12 min. Stirring frequently.

In separate pan, add 2 tbsp. butter. When melted, begin sautéing the Onion & Carrot. When approaching completion, add Spinach & Parsley. Followed by 1 cup of stock. Simmer, on low heat.

4.

In separate pan, heat oil. When at appropriate temperature, add Corn Tortillas. Frying 1 min. per side or until golden brown.

5.

Assemble, serve hot.
