a pinch of course sea salt

3 x potatoes of mixed variety

1 tbsp butter

1/4 x white onion, thinly sliced

3 x cremini mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup broccoli florets

4 x kale leaves

1 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
