1 1/4 orange juice

1/4 cup lime juice

1 tablespoon grated orange peel

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano leaves or 1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried oregano

3/4 cup fat-skimmed chicken broth

1/4 cup dry white wine

1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
