Ingredients for 4 servings

1 pound broccoli raab, rinsed and tough leaves removed

4 young fennel bulbs, trimmed and cut into long strips

3 oranges, zested, peeled and sliced ½ inch circles

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup pine nuts

2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped

2 teaspoons champagne vinegar

To taste kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1/3 cup garlic flowers, picked
