1 lb rotini pasta , cooked ala dente'

1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli

6 hard-boiled eggs , coarsely chopped

1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery

1/4 cup well drained rinsed pimento pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded carrot

1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Accent seasoning (optional)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
