1 cup whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon coriander leaves , chopped

1 cup gram flour

For the dough

1 teaspoon coriander leaves , chopped

1 pinch red chili powder

1 teaspoon green chilies , chopped

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 cup oil

For the filling

1 cup green peas , paste of

1 cup peeled and boiled potato , grated

1 cup panir , grated (tofu)

1 cup soyabean nuggets , powdered in a mixie

green chutney , to serve with

1/2 cup yellow moong dal, paste of

tomato ketchup , to serve with

1 cup semolina

1 cup cornflour

Other ingredients

oil, to deep fry

1 cup rice flour

2 teaspoons onions , chopped (I used 1 small onion)
