Ingredients for 4 servings

1/2 lb squid

3 green onion

2 cloves garlic

1/3 lb small prawns

tsp fresh ginger

1/2 green jalapeno pepper

garlic

onion

Preparation

1.

fry squid in garlic & pepper

2.

fry prawn in ginger

3.

add all with spring onion for 1 min

4.

serve with fried rice on side
