11/2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped yellow onions

8 quail eggs or 4 regular eggs

1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

1 cup sliced button mushrooms

1 cup chicken stock

1/2 cup heavy cream
