2 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp butter
1 english muffin
2 pieces bacon or tyrkey bacon.
Cook your bacon or meat of choice.
Poach eggs for about 4 minutes put 2 tbsp of vinegar in poaching water.
Hollandaise sauce: 3 egg yolks, Lemon juice, blend, add melted butter slowly while mixing.
Toast muffin while making sauce.
