Ingredients for 2 servings

4 chicken thighs

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp soya sauce

1 cup cooking oil

chicken

pepper

Preparation

1.

Add oil heat up

2.

Marinate chicken with salt and white pepper

3.

Reduce the heat of oil

4.

In with chicken

5.

Flip when one side brown

6.

Add soya sauce onto the chicken

7.

Cook for 20 mins
