Ingredients for 12 servings

1 pack of phyllo dough (greek sheets pastry / also known as fillo or fyllo)

800 gr spinach, rinsed and chopped

700 gr endives (chicory leaves), rinsed and chopped

1 bunch parsley, finely chopped

1 bunch dill, finely chopped

1/2 bunch fresh spearmint, finely chopped (or 4 tablespoons dried)

1 bunch arugula (garden rocket / eruca), rinsed and chopped

4 green onions, finely chopped

800 gr feta cheese, crumbled

600 gr ricotta, crumbled

6 eggs, beaten

1 cup olive oil

olive oil for spreading on each sheet of phyllo

salt and pepper

nutmeg powder
