This was very easy to make and resulted in a unique and delicious flavor. I marinaded the salmon for about an hour so the flavor really soaked in. I also cooked it the broiler so it had more of a grilled flavor and didn't dry out. I will definitely make this again.

Ingredients

Juice and zest of 1/2 lime

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 1/2 teaspoons tsp sriracha sauce*

1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt

1 1/4 lbs pounds salmon fillet, skin removed

2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
