1/2 cup chicken broth , plus more if needed

1 pork tenderloin , silver skin removed

6 strips bacon , or more depending on size of tenderloin

3 tbsp all purpose flour

2 cups apple cider

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar , or more to taste

1/4 tsp salt and pepper , or more to taste
