1 roasted red pepper, cut into strips (from a jar is fine)

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1 garlic clove, chopped

2/3 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons capers, lightly mashed with a little of their brine
