1 cup all purpose flour

3/4 cup cornmeal

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 stick unsalted butter, cold and cut into chunks

3-4 tbsp ice water

1 x olive oil

2 x zucchini, cut lengthwise & then into 1/4-inch thick slices

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 x onion, sliced

1 cup spinach, roughly chopped

2 tbsp chopped parsley

2 tbsp chopped basil

1/3 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese

1 x egg, beaten

6 oz mascarpone cheese
