1/2 pound fusille, cooked

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt and freshly ground pepper

1 pound salmon fillet, grilled, cut into 1-inch chunks

1 red bell pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded

1 yellow bell pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded

6 green onions, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup mayonnaise

2 to 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 to 2 teaspoons finely minced fresh rosemary

6 cups mixed young greens, well washed, dried
