Ingredients

CRUST:

1 egg white

1 1/2 cups crumbled gingersnap cookies (about 30)

1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine, melted

1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil

FILLING:

1/2 cup lime juice

1 tablespoon grated lime rind

1 can (14 ounces) nonfat sweetened condensed milk

2 egg yolks

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cornstarch

4 large egg whites

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
