  • 10 ozs whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup smooth salted peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsps agave nectar
  • 3 Tbsps rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsps sesame oil
  • 2 tsps sriracha sauce, or to taste
  • Hot water, for thinning
  • 1/2 English cucumber, seeded and sliced into thin matchsticks
  • 1 carrot, sliced into thin matchsticks
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
