1/4 teaspoon cayenne, optional

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, optional

12 ounces macaroni, penne or cellentani

3 tablespoons butter, melted

1 pound Comte, or a combination of these, grated

1/4 cup Parmesan- Reggiano cheese, grated, tossed with 2 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
