20 x ish clams, scrubbed and washed

5-7 x fresh jumbo shrimps, cleaned, deveined & peeled

1 tbsp grated fresh peeled ginger

3 x French shallots – thinly sliced

3 stalks green onion – cut into 2 inch sections

2 x red chillies – chopped fine

3 x cloves of garlic – finely chopped

handful of cilantro (leaves and stem) – finely chopped

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tbsp soy sauce

Soy Sauce

White Wine

Oyster Sauce

Rice wine vinegar

Vegetable Oil

Fresh ground pepper
