1 bay leaf

12 ounces unpeeled red potatoes, cut into bite size cubes

1/3 cup unbleached all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

1/3 cup cream cheese

1 can Bush's Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed

dash nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

1/4 teaspoon pepper, or to taste

2 - 3 ounces of chopped kale
