These were so good. I made and baked them the day before then fried them (just with a little Pam) and the ywere very tasty. Followed the recipe pretty closely, Maybe more tahini, salt and pepper.

Ingredients for 8 servings

1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas , rinsed and drained or 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas , rinsed and drained

1 1/2 cups broccoli florets

1/4-1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

salt , to taste

1 cup water

1 cup finely chopped onion

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 tablespoon toasted sesame tahini

1/2 cup couscous

2 teaspoons olive oil
