  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cooked millet
  • 1/2 cup cooked basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup cooked wheat berries
  • 1 cup dried fruit, of choice chopped if large
  • 1 cup slivered almond or nuts, of choice
  • 1 cup fresh herbs of choice , chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked barley
  • 1 cup cooked beans, of choice
  • 1/2 cup cooked dried kasha (buckwheat groats)
  • 1 cucumber , quartered & sliced
  • 2 bunches scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
