3/4 lb. green beans, trimmed and cut in half

1/3 cup dry red wine

1 14-1/2-oz. can diced tomatoes

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 to 3 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil

2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat and each cut into 3 uniform pieces

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1/3 cup pitted, quartered Kalamata olives

3 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
