I made this for the family & they loved it; absolutely delicious! Even my mom who doesn't like to mix sweets with salts loved the mango in the salsa. Everything blended perfectly & I also accompanied this with rice. Side note: I breaded the fish with Italian bread crumbs.

Delicous! I ate this with some rice, but I think this recipe is probably best without.
