  • 3 Tbsps orange juice
  • 3 Tbsps grapeseed oil
  • 3 thinly sliced shallots
  • 2 Tbsps finely shredded cilantro
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp miso
  • 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
