1 teaspoon curry powder

1/8 teaspoon ginger

2 tablespoons green onions

1 dash cayenne

2 cups sliced mushrooms

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder

1 lb scallops

2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet bell peppers (color of your choice)

2 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoons sherry wine
