8 ounces Dark Chocolate (I use Trader Joes pound plus dark chocolate)
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1/2 - 1 tbsp powdered sugar
A pinch sea salt
Melt 1/2 dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
Spoon about 1-2 tsp chocolate into mold (I use a mini muffin pan). You want to cover the bottom with chocolate.
Mix the almond butter with the powdered sugar. Shape a small amount of almond butter into a ball and place on top of melted chocolate (in the center).
Let set in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
Melt the rest of the chocolate and add to the top of the (enough to cover the almond butter).
Add a pinch of sea salt.
Put back in the fridge to harden completely. Enjoy!!
