12 oz dry penne or macaroni pasta, partially pre-cooked

4 tbsp light olive oil

4 tbsp sweet rice flour

2 1/2 cup plain rice milk (or hemp or nut milk)

1 tbsp sesame tahini (or almond butter)

2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp golden balsamic vinegar rice vinegar, or lemon juice, to taste

1/2 tsp Sea Salt to taste

A dash or two of Simply Organic Garlic Powder

A dash or two of simply organic minced onion

1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

3 tbsp white wine (Frey Organic wine is vegan and egg-free)

1 cup crunchy gluten-free bread crumbs

12 x grape tomatoes, halved

A sprinkle of dried basil and parsley
