Ingredients

1 cup of raw quinoa

1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese

2 large eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

additional flour for dusting

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 small onion, finely minced (the smaller the mince is, the easier it will be to mold the patties)

3/4 to 1 teaspoon of sea salt (I liberally seasoned the quinoa mix)

lots of fresh cracked black pepper to taste

vegetable oil for frying
